Short-term flexible funding for eCommerce founders (web app)
I was responsible for the design of Wayflyer's customer onboarding journey, working within a cross-functional pod of 1 PM and 6 engineers. I designed various improvements based on research findings to deliver an 11 percentage point improvement in conversion rate.
Outside of my pod responsibilities, I also contributed to our design system, FlyUI and helped to establish usability testing methods and templates for other designers to use.

Email marketing web app and consultation for UK B2C companies
I started my time at Pure360 in the Reporting team, working on a redesign for our reporting functionality as part of a wider platform overhaul. I was also supporting other designers by establishing our usability testing tools, methods and templates.
I moved into a lead role, handling recruitment and coordinating other designers who were delivering on the overall redesign as well as introducing a new drag-and-drop email editor.
